Reading the site

The application does not require a visitor account, use advertising pixels or store form drafts in browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and request timing, to deliver and secure the site.

External sites linked here apply their own policies. Opening a utility report, company page or credential directory takes you to that provider.

Interactive tools and downloads

Symptom answers, water readings and checklists are processed in browser memory. They are not uploaded to the application server, advertising services or analytics. They are cleared when the page is left or reloaded. Downloads are generated locally or supplied as blank text worksheets.

The guide search places its search term in the page URL. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in search. Hosting logs may include request URLs. This site has no installed Meta Pixel and no optional advertising cookies.

Email and telephone requests

The request builder prepares text in your browser. It does not submit that text to a server or book service. Opening an email draft passes the text to your email application; information is sent to Superior only if you send the email. You can also contact the company by telephone.

Use contact fields for information needed to arrange service. Do not include payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical information or other sensitive material. Once a request is sent, it becomes part of the company’s normal correspondence and service records.

Questions and requests

Contact the company to ask about information you have provided or to request a correction. Identify the relevant communication without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be removed.

This notice must be updated if server-submitted forms, call tracking, advertising or analytics providers are introduced.
